Studying for the AP Chemistry Exam? Here are my free resources!

Updated: 5 days ago

AP Chem is a beast of a course. You jumped right in this fall, and all of a sudden, stoichiometry has become the easiest topic you've worked through. With less than 4 weeks to go until the exam, you're hopefully finishing up the final unit or still struggling through acid-base chemistry and equilibrium. Wherever you are in the course, I am here to support you!

My name is Corinne, and I'm a chemistry teacher who has been embarrassing herself on social media since 2021 in an attempt to help as many students as possible. You've probably seen one of my videos in my basement classroom with a joke about how awful acid-base chem is, but I want to make sure you can find my educational content as well.

Here are all of the free resources I've created for students like you:

  1. Check out my free study plans on my "Student Resources" page. These downloadable PDFs have a calendar for the 2025 exam, and every embedded link leads you to another free resource! I offer a 4-week (download this now) and a 2-week study plan.

  2. Quizlet review sets - quick flashcard decks with the buzzwords you need for deciphering the MCQs and earning full credit on the FRQs

  3. Short and sweet tutorials on Tiktok and IG covering everything from buffers to nonstandard electrochemical conditions. I keep these short because I know how valuable your time is! I'm constantly building new tutorials too. Notice a topic is missing? Leave a comment on one of my videos, and I'll add your request to my list for the next week!

Check out the topic lists below to find the content you need:

The toughest pH calculation in 3 minutes!

  1. I also have longer instructional videos on my growing YouTube channel:

Everything you need to know from the final unit in just 25 minutes!

Coming soon: Unit 8 overview, Titration Tips, and Acid-Base Hacks

The hope is to get more of these up next week, along with 5-question problem sets, to provide additional hands-on practice before May 6th.

  2. I'll host a Last-Chance Live Review on Sunday, May 4th. Mark your calendar for a 1-hr cram session where I'll cover the major ideas and take requests from the chat! Hoping to ask your questions before then? I'm live with Chegg every Monday evening from 8:30 - 9:30 pm EST.
